March 20, 2008 ~ E-Checks Info and File Replacement Fee
1. Beginning March 21, 2008 tallamygraphics.com will not accept e-checks.
Those of you with current pending e-checks have been notified personally.

We do apologize for this inconvenience, but it unfortunately is necessary, because some customers have been
paying with e-checks, and when the checks clear, they get the downloads and then reverse the charges at
payPal, which is leaving the orders 'unpaid'.  Whether intentional or not, it can not be tolerated anymore.
So, the only option is to no longer accept e-checks.

2.  Beginning March 16, 2008 there will now be a fee to replace lost files.
There have been numerous people losing files after downloading them and to replace them is time-consuming.  
So, hesitantly, a fee needs to be implemented.

If you have purchased products from the shop and have lost them due to computer crash or other problems, a
fee of $3.00 is required to get back your files no matter what the original order(s) charged. (Even if your order
was $2.50, you will be charged with $3.00. So, it would be better for you to completely re-order the product).

When you are faced with the issue of not being able to find the products you've purchased and downloaded, you
need to:
1. Log in here to the shop
2. Go to your account
3. Check your order(s), because the download time frame and/or the number of downloads may still be available
to you.
Downloads available up to 5 times.
Time Frames:
If you purchased before mid Feb 08, time frame for downloads were only 30 days.
If you purchased after mid Feb 08, time frames for downloads are now 180 days.
So, your product(s) might still be available.

If the file download(s) have expired, then you need to send the fee of $3.00.
You need to write in the fee order within the box marked
"Special Instructions or Order Comments" the following:
1. Your email address you used to purchase the files.
2. Your full, real name.
3. Your User ID#.
You do not need to state which files were lost. Those are on record.

If you downloaded free images from here when they were once available, they will not be replaced.

Once the order is received and reviewed, allow up to 3 days and you will be given a special coupon, created just
for you, worth the same amount it would be to replace the files. The coupon will only be able to be used one time
on one order.
You will then need to order your file(s) again using that special coupon and download the file(s) again.

A friendly reminder: Place all your files on CD so they cannot be so easily 'lost'.

Instructions for how the replacement works is downloadable in txt readme file after purchase of the fee.

To send the replacement fee, it has been placed in the shop
as a product.
