Big sale coming up and I wanted you to know before hand this time, because I have the holiday spirit sweltering!
Sale starts Dec 10 and will last 5 days! Everything marked down.
Attention all PSP group owners:
YOUR banners will be placed at the shop in their own page.
So, if you want a link back to your group for many others to see, email me.
What I need is a banner 200px wide X 40px high. Can be animated or not.
And I need a link to your group. Please do not submit "member viewing only" groups, because people like to see
what they might join.
Please only owners or moderators send me the info, or else I might receive duplicates.
These banners are for your benefit. If you want visits and new members, I'll give you the exposure. :)
Will be placing the new page sometime mid January. The link to it will be in the right column at the shop.
Reminders:
If you have a CILM license of my art, and you purchased art from CILM, then you continue using that lic# for those
artworks. (Even though I have been released from CILM contract).
If you get art from me at my store, you use your agreement ID# on those.
Yes, you can have both the CILM license AND my agreement for your records.
Just use whichever # on which tags, etc. that the art is used.
DO NOT get art from my shop and place your CILM lic# on them!
That CILM lic# is only for art that was purchased from CILM.
What if you bought certain art from CILM and a different one from me and you want to place both on a tag?
Then you have to place BOTH the CILM lic# and my user ID# on the tag.
About the Gift Certificates (GC):
When you purchase a GC, say for $10.00 and you want to give $5.00 to two different people, when one redeems
the GC, the other recipient won't be able to!
It is a PHP script bug that I am trying to get worked out.
In the meantime, and I know this a pain, but please purchase amount specific for whomever recipient. In other
words, you will need to buy two $5.00 GCs, each in a separate order. Sorry it's come to that. We're working on it
though.
Any questions, problems or concerns, do not ever hesitate to write or call me.

Hello, Everyone
Hope your holiday was a wonderful one. Another year to count down!
Gift Certificates (GC):
I've a learned some things lately from Michael, the web developer, about the GCs and that valuable information
needs to be shared with you.
Gift certificates don't work like a gift card at the register in a retail store, where when you hand the gift card to
the cashier, its because you want to use it on that purchase.
GCs redeem first to your account, and then they can be applied to the purchase on the checkout page by telling
it what amount of your GC balance you want to apply to the order.
Here's what happens:
A member at the shop orders a gift certificate. I release that gift certificate at the shop. The member then can go
to their account and send the certificate to another or break it up and send it to multiple persons.
The recipient(s) of the gift have to "redeem" (validate) the certificate to their account either by clicking on the
redemption code from the email or at the shop after they've logged in. Important issue here is that the word
"redeemed" or "Redemption" does not mean the certificate has been used for purchase. It only means that it is
now ready to spend, like cash, from your account.
Once the certificate has been "redeemed" (validated to your account), you can now use it to purchase.
You DO NOT enter the redemption code after it's been redeemed (validated and placed) into your account. If
you do, you will receive a message stating it's been redeemed or is an invalid code. That is the valuable lesson I
learned.
To purchase using a CG, what you do is simply type in the AMOUNT of money to use from it in the "Add
Amount" box at checkout. DO NOT enter the code, unless it has not been redeemed to your account yet.
If there is money from the CG left over, it will stay in your account for future purchases. After all the money has
been been spent, the certificate(s) will then not be in your account.
So, that should clarify any issues with the certificates. They work fine!
If you have certificates in your account, simply place the amount of money in the add amount box at checkout,
not the code.
User Agreements:
They have been enabled again for the time being. :) I finally caught up on all members' files.
New Art:
"Spirit of Spring", #9 in the crescent moon angels series, will be released on January 02, 2008.
Contests:
